Advice on a structure when implementing

Hi, my name is Rachel. I am on my final placement before qualifying as a student nurse. I have been reading through the safewards models and also the evidence based research behind the initiative, and with my placement keen to start implementing safewards in their area of work, i have decided to take the lead on this. so far i have done:-
developed a wide understanding of the safewards initiative
developed a presentation to deliver to the staff team
developed an information leaflet for service users
structured timetable on when each model is going to be implemented
providing tools for person centred approach for people with learning disabilities
going to another trust where it has been implemented to gain more tips and techniques for implementing
Could any one offer me some useful tips/ advice please? thank you

Hi Rachel - I'm guessing you've finished your placement by now - how did you get on with Safewards there? You'd be more than welcome to visit Taliesin, although I seem to think you're a LD nurse, and we're acute MH. The principles are the same, just specifics to tweak I guess, but we'd have the same difficulties and easy wins I think. Get in touch if you want to visit!
